Delivery & Pickup Timetable

Orders are sent via Fastway Couriers to most destinations. Australia Post using receipted delivery is an option for customers outside of the Fastway flat rate parcel network.
Both will deliver your items and obtain a signature as required. When no one is home to accept your parcel, they should leave a card to let you know where you can collect it.
To collect your parcel, simply take your card, proof of identity (with your signature), and proof of address to the Parcel Connect agent for Fastway (where available) or nearest Australia Post retail outlet.
Fastway Couriers do leave cartons when instructed to do so.  Instructions can be detailed by you in the customer notes at checkout.
